Lyrizz is a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist with a passion for helping her patients achieve optimal wellness. She graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2013, where she honed her skills in a variety of techniques and modalities. Since then, she’s continued to expand her expertise, taking special interest in prenatal massage, infant massage, and working with kids and young adults.

She approaches each treatment with consent, education, and collaboration. She believes that effective massage therapy is a partnership between patients and care providers, her methodical approach blends therapeutic techniques while honouring the nervous system.

Lyrizz is accompanied by her hypoallergenic 16.5 year old, bichon poodle named Aso. Aso can often be found snoring on his bed in the treatment room.
